A major technology platform has acquired a small but well regarded voice AI startup, folding its model team into a much larger product organization responsible for the platform's voice assistant products.
Terms were not disclosed. The startup's technology had previously been licensed by several third party apps, arrangements the acquiring company said would be reviewed on a case by case basis.
